Grass-fed Beef
We raise a small number of grass-fed grass-finished cattle per year. They are rotationally grazed on our diverse pastures. Our cattle are never fed hormones or anti-biotics. Message us to be placed on a waiting list!
Whole Chickens
Currently in stock, we have whole chickens available to purchase at $4.50 lb. They are frozen and ready for your freezer. These chickens are raised in our pastures where they eat bugs, frogs, grass, seeds, and a ration of organic feed. This allows our chickens to grow at a natural pace while they enjoy the sunshine and fresh air without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Check out our blog on how to cook a whole chicken in a crock pot that is simple and delicious! Email [email protected] to get your freezer stocked!
Honey
We have an apiary on our farm and our bees have been busy making honey! We have honey available in small jars for $7 and medium jars for $9. We offer raw honey that is minimally filtered. Email [email protected] to get a jar!
Eggs
Farm fresh chicken eggs are available from our pasture-raised chickens for $6 a dozen. Our chickens roam the farm eating bugs, frogs, grass, seeds, and a ration of organic feed without the use of antibiotics or hormones. We also have quail eggs available for $7 for 18! Eggs are collected daily! Email [email protected] to get a dozen or two.
Soap
Small batches of goats milk soap are made on our farm using a few simple ingredients to offer a luxurious lathering bar soap. We do not use fragrance or coloring in our soaps. Soaps are available for $5 each and come in unscented, lavender, lemongrass, peppermint, and frankincense. Email [email protected] to order a bar for you or for a friend!
Organic Sauerkraut
Locally-sourced organic cabbage is used as well as organic spices to create a lacto-fermented treat in each jar of our Organic Sauerkraut. There are three varieties available. Traditional, Garlic, and Spicy. It is hard to choose a favorite! Our children love to make “kraut tacos”. Place a spoon full of sauerkraut on a piece of lunch meat and roll it up.
